I honestly can't express in words their service. Steve went out of his way to help us bring our last minute trade show giveaway to life. These guys turned our order around within 24 hours and he personally dropped it off to the UPS warehouse. The speakers arrived at our hotel on time and were a tremendous hit. I haven't received the product yet but my product expert Ian was just wonderful. I'm not very "logo literate" and he immediately set up the logo based on what I told him and checked for stock before guaranteeing delivery.
